Jack's Graduation

I made my way out of my house, down the street and into their house. Eventhough I wasn't allowed by Jack's school to attend his one and only GRADUATION(eventhough I had the money, but was too late, but even if i wasn't they wouldn't allow so, because i am not immediate family), I was still not going to let that ruin my mood. If I couldn't be THERE for him, supporting him, I would do the next best thing, help him prepare for his grad the best that I can.

The previous week was spent shopping endlessly for a collar shirt, suit, pants, shoes, tie and such. Now I truly know the reason why guys despise shopping. Unlike us girls who can shop for different colour shirts, with different styles, cutting and is very much unique, and this is jsut for shirts, what about dresses and other different type of shirts! Guys on the other hand, same style of shirt, if not the same is similar and after choosing that specific shirt you have to chosse a diff colour for it, and after choosing a boring colour, you have to choose a SHADE of that BORING colour! You know how many different shades of black i saw that day shopping for shirts? ALOT. Geez shopping for guys is such a tedious job.

So after days of searching high and low, putting up with his uncertainty, giving out honest opinions and staring at what seems to be the same suit over and over again, my last act was to be there at his humble abode and help with the preparations of getting ready.

1. Go over to his house to hang out before he goes off.
2. Go back to my house to fetch my camera cable for his mom, to free up space, since we had no idea where was Qiqi's one.
3. Rush back to their hse and help upload all pics into computer.
4. Put up with Qiqi wether or not she should borrow my dress for Jack's grad. (She was unable to buy a dress for the occasion)
5. Nag Jack to hurry up and take a shower already.
6. Set out his suit, pants, robe, shirt. ( I had to bloody fold it the other day )
7. Literally running to my house with a tie around my neck to get my two dresses for her to try.
8. Run back and pass her the dresses. Helped Jack dress ( stupid buttons on the collar shirt, and the suits kinda huge, and he doesn't know how to tie a tie, and he cant comb his hair to save his life)
9. Telling Qi yea you look hell hot in the dress! But still she ended up wearing another dress which were the ones I DIDN'T bring back from my house and which she had all along.
10. Taking pics of me and Jack!

Hell, if I can't be there at his grad, I was gonna damn sure make sure I get a pic of him in his suit.

So after we finished taking pictures, Jack's parents(they helped take the pics) asked what about me and why aren't I going. I told them why and that I REALLY REALLY wanted to go.

Them: so? go la! come with us, go change!

I was like whhhaat serious, then I asked what about the invitation and the sitting and the fact that I have to pay RM160 for it and that I'm not an immediate family member. They just said figure out later and hurry up!

So I RANN to my hse, changed to a really short dress(it might be a shirt but can be a dress, lol, nothing else to wear la kay), grabbed my handbag, stuffed my jewelery, eyeliner and perfume, wore my black polka dot pumps and ran back to their car outside the house!

5 minutes people 5 minutes. And I still looked kinda decent for a girl that got ready in 5 minutes and was running the whole day.

Picked up Tze Yang and all of us headed to KL's Sheraton Hotel, but there was like a massive jam, so the boys were scared they would be late, they walked the rest of the way there.

Me and Qiqi the whole car ride was just putting our eyeliner and earrings and blablabla. Annndd, we saw

BOB Maegan ! In a taxi right next to us in the massive jam! Aww I didn't even knew her back then, complete stranger. She looked sooo good with her purple (or maroon?lol) dress with matching highlights! (:

So we finally reached the place ( me, Qi and her mom), and when we got to the outside of the room where they were holding the graduation, there were all the graduates standing in many lines in their funny cute gold lined bird robe thingy xDD I couldn't even tell which were Jack and Tze Yang. So while the graduates stood there, we entered first. God I was so nervous cause I didn't pay, was wondering how would I get a seat and will they even let me in, but Qi's mom just told me to act cool. Haha. No one stopped me when I entered.

So basically, the whole night I was sitting at some girl's place. I was first sitting at Qi's dad's seat since he wasn't there yet and the girl was with us. Then she kinda disappeared, the lady said she went to the toilet, so when Qi's dad arrived, I sat at her place... the whole night! I saw her when I went near the stage to take pics, she was taking pics too, but like she was just NOT at her seat the whole night! Lucky me eh (;

First thing that happened was the announcements of each graduate from each class of Sayfol International School year 11. I'm not sure wether I should be proud or dissappointed at Jack. When the teacher made announcements as each graduate walked across ther red carpet to their seats in the front, they had VERY POSITIVE comments. 'Very talented, works hard, efficient, yada yada yada'. BUT Jack and this other korean girl were the ONLY NEGATIVE comments! >< Not to say negative la but c'mon 'very very very talkative?'. The teacher just basically said they were NOISY and TALKATIVE. =D They also went up on stage to get their certificates.

Then there were the speeches by the valedvictorian or the head prefect, and by the founder of the school via msn webcam. And omg I think he really either LOVES or HATES Korean ppl. He just kept going on and on saying he's proud of the korean community. For a long long time. He just kept saying that the school has students from many different countries, korea korea korea.

Then there was the presentation, but it was seriously sucky, sucks nuts. Told Jack to present the one's his year did, interviews of each student. I saw the cd, it was relli good and funny. But they didn't dare let the teachers know cuz they wud 'kill them'. God what can they do to you, ur never gonna see them anymore =.=

Finally it was dinner. And a dance, HAH cannot compare to the hotness of sri kl and the hotness of the hot dudes. I can't help but to compare because Sayfol people danced to the same song(step up) that Sri KL also danced to for Teacher's Day, damn they were HOT. Or maybe I didn't like Sayfol's dance because of someone.

Then it was about time the parents and siblings left the graduates to themselves, but I refused to go cause I was waiting to dance with Jack since the dance floor was open! Indian music kept playing the whole time, and we told the (indian) dj to change the song cause they've been playing it for a LONG time. He said okay, but he STILL kept playing! MANY of us asked at different times, 10+ times, but to no avail. FINALLY he changed it, and I finally got my dance and slow dance with Jack ^^

So we left, along with Maegan and her mom since they came with a taxi remember. That was the first time I got to know her more. I felt bad for her, she was the only one who couldn't go to the after-party, c'mon, its your GRADUATION T.T Ohhweell, got to talk with the Katherine xD Sent her back home and went back to Qi's place to get my stuff. While she fell asleep, I was just looking at Jack's grad pic, o levels forecast and yearbook.

Was just really glad I got to attend Jack's graduation eventhough he kinda didn't really talk to me, its okay, I expected it already, don't worry. Graduation is a day you spend with your fellow friends in the same school and year, really hope you had fun at grad and the after party Jack, if you're reading this. ^^
